KeyCare provide a community care service in the Canterbury, Deal and Dover area’s, including many rural villages, which makes it possible for elderly, sick or disabled people to stay at home, and not to go unnecessarily into a residential or nursing home. In their own home our Service Users carry on as normal a life as possible.
They are surrounded by their own belongings (and pets, perhaps) and can have friends or family visit whenever they wish. We encourage our Service Users to do as much for themselves as they can, to minimise dependency.
Community Care is about building relationships with people, winning their trust and encouraging them to cope and move forward. Our person centered approach to Care & Support ensures that the services are tailor made and adaptable to the changing needs of our clients. Delivered by a motivated and enthusiastic team of trained care workers who offer a personal & compassionate approach to ensure that independence is promoted and maintained.
KeyCare Community Care hold preferred provider status with Kent County Council and are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association.
